Have you considered offering these fantastic pillow protectors in queen size? The standard size does not fit any of my pillows, most of which are queen size. These are the best pillow protectors on the market but I won’t buy them because they’re too small

The care instructions for these pillow protectors say machine wash warm water. I generally prefer to wash bed linens in hot water, to sanitize & kill dust mites. Will these wash OK in hot water, or will they shrink?

Pillow Protectors
I really like these pillow protectors, and have bought several over the years. They don't shrink and have a great texture. The zippers on the last ones were a problem though. They get caught in the corner when open. Other than that, they are a bit expensive.

Great quality
I love the Garnet Hill pillow protector. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it was a bit longer. I have a standard pillow that it does not fit. I also have true queen size pillows that the pillow protectors do not fit. I wish they came in the “queen size” also.

Wish They Made in Queen 30" Size
I finally got around to putting these on my second pair of down pillows. Unfortunately, the standard-size protectors available are absolutely too small for 30" queen pillows. I am very sad as I've had a pair of the same brand down pillows for 7 years encased in Garnet Hill protectors and they've been superb. A case of standard is too small, and king is too big, for these queen-sized pillows.

Well-made pillow protectors
I'm very happy overall with the quality of Garnet Hill's pillow protectors. They launder well and I love the edging, the size, and the mostly wrinkle free result. I do worry about the size of the zipper, however. It is now working well after about 6 wash loads, but the zipper is somewhat hard to grasp in order to open/close it and I worry that it will not be as durable over time as it needs to be. I hope I am proven wrong, as otherwise, I am very happy with this product. This would be my only hesitation in giving the product a "5" rating.

Customer Service Saves The Day
First the product rating: High quality cotton embossed with Garnet Hill name and covered piping all around. Launder beautifully. At sale price, a good value. Second how customer service saved the day when first order was defective: Zipper on one was stubborn - funky but I figured not worth the effort to return. Put them in cold, delicate wash cycle and low dryer. Went to put them on pillows and noticed one had piping completely pulled away from the seam. Called customer service. They sent replacements with expedited free ship and will pay the shipping back on the first set. That's a good thing. But I still have to go to UPS to drop off the parcel to return something they can't resell. An even better outcome would have been for them to send me one of these and let me toss the defective one without having to return it. Regardless, second set just right. I would buy these again.

Thin Fabric
I bought the king size last year and they were excellent because the fabric was thick and the detail of the hidden, high quality zipper surpasses any other brand. This year I bought the queen size, and was disappointed that the fabric was much thinner and not at all like last years high quality. The zipper is still high quality, so I gave it a high rating, but for what it cost, I would have bought a cheaper brand.

Nice upgrade
Had never found such nice pillow protectors before. They are sturdy and substantial. Closely woven fabric, means my too well loved feather pillow will keep it's down to itself, and the firm fabric iis giving it a new lease on life. Spouse likes it on his newer poly pillow too. Washed and hung outside to dry before using.
You'll have to wait 5 yrs for that 5th star, as time will tell how well it holds up. Don't see any reason why it will not. Good stuff!

disappointing purchase
These pillow protectors are disappointing, because they were purchased to use on my new side-sleeper down pillow and they are not the same shape as the pillow. Consequently, using them partially negates the desired support of the pillow.

Pillow protector not up to the job
I bought these to protect 2 new standard-size goose down pillows I bought from Garnet Hill (love the pillows). I washed these, dried on low heat and they barely fit the Firm Standard pillow but won't zip shut. The zipper is placed at the top and not as convenient as sliding a pillowand zipping below the top of the pillow. At this price point, I expected more.

Not what I expected
Based on the star reviews here, I was convinced this was the pillow for me. I was shocked when I opened the box to find a very flimsy and half filled pillow that becomes flat immediately after putting your head on it. It is soft, but I expected a much fuller fill. I can’t exchange it because I have slept on it (how are you supposed to test it otherwise??)

Website says machine wash warm. Tag says wash cold — not adequate to sanitize this bedding product. Almost impossible to iron smooth; holds on to wrinkles for a messy look. Piping not smooth inside; therefore, these are lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on.
