Thick flannel
I purchased flannel duvet cover expecting a good quality fiber. It was thick yest stiff. After its first wash and being careful to follow drying recommendations, the puff appeared extremely wrinkled. Keep fluffing. After one week, it was still wrinkled. Will I have to iron it to get a smooth look? Thick is good, but appearance disappointing.

After washing before using, significant shrinkage occurred Will keep because of price, but will stick with my previous brand purchases for the future.

First, the quality of this duvet cover is fantastic! Second, however, the color is not even remotely close to Sterling. It is a light blue. I had already washed and dried so I could not return it. Very disappointed!!!
Can't use it bc it does not match anything else in the room.

This flannel pills!
When the new duvet cover I got it into the washer and dryer, according to the instructions. With no use and one quick trip through the washer and dryer, it's quite pilled. Not what I expected for the price.

So disappointed in your customer service
I am very unhappy with your Customer Service. I have been shopping from Garnet Hill for years and years. I recently ordered these sheets for my daughter and they were not right, so I packaged them up and sent them back immediately with a request to replace them with a beautiful quilt. We waited and waited and never heard anything from you. we also ordered a sham pillowcase to go with the quilt. Waited and waited, finally got through to someone today who told me that the quilt is out of stock but you went ahead and sent the sham pillow case anyway. Why would we want the pillowcase when the quilt was out of stock? You should've contacted us first. I'm really disappointed in your customer service. May or may not order another quilt from you at this time.

Incredibly disappointed
I bought two of these covers in the dark sage during their Black Friday sale. I have never shopped with Garnet Hill before but heard so many good things and read nearly all the reviews on the website (most of which were favorable) before purchasing so I felt confident that I was purchasing a good product. Boy was I wrong. I took it out of the packaging today and washed it per the tag's instructions. All seemed well until I put it in the dryer, on low heat. I took it out after the dry time and my lint trap was completely filled and the cover was pilled beyond anything I've seen in flannel. And because of the pilling, you could see through certain areas of the fabric. I was absolutely shocked, considering the price and the reviews. I've contacted customer service and am hoping they will let me return the opened and washed cover. Probably won't be shopping with them ever again.

Soft Blue Color is Not As Shown
Returning my product because the color does not look like how it's displayed online at all. I bought the "soft blue" duvet color and it's barely blue and very grey.

Immediate Pilling
I had this on the bed with just a bottom sheet. It began to show signs of pilling within about four days and at the end of the week I took it off the bed and threw it away. I wouldn’t even give this to Goodwill because no one should sleep under a duvet that feels like dried cottage cheese.

Not great quality
I bought a GH flannel Christmas duvet some years ago and the quality is spectacular so I presumed that the plane white one that I purchased would be the same. It is not. One wash and it has little ball like piling on it. I am really disappointed with the quality.
