These sheets and cases are cut to allow for shrinkage. As they are 100% cotton, some wrinkling can be expected.

Is "double" the same as a "queen"? I definitely have a queen size bed, but I don't know if it's "extra deep."
A "double" size mattress is the same as a full size. Queen size is the next size up from double/full. Extra deep refers to the sheet's pocket depth. It is designed to fit a mattress up to 15 inches deep.

I do not have an extra thick mattress. Will the "deep pocket" fitted sheets work on a 9-inch mattress?
These sheets have either a 12 or 15 inch pocket (depending on size) and has elastic around the full perimeter to keep it in place on your mattress.

Does this set come with pillow cases?
The Hemstitched Supima Cotton Sheets are not sold in sets. We do have other designs that are sold in sets and do include cases. A twin set includes one standard case, the queen includes two standard cases and our king sets includes two king size pillowcases.

Traditional is the best!
Percale pillow cases that are monogrammed have been my first choice for many years! These pillow cases with hem stitching are a high quality cotton, made well with monogram availability and white is my traditional "go to" preference. I can always count on Garnet Hill keeping these in stock. I like that I can buy individual bedding products and do not have to purchase a "set." Best sleeping sheets ever. Crisp and cool and smooth against the skin. This is my third set and I will never buy anything else. Wash and dry on cool setting and they will look great.

Best sheets I've ever bought
My sister recommended Garnet Hill sheets during a discussion of dissatisfaction on any number of sheets we're purchased over the years. Always frustrated with size, quality, texture and wrinkles, she suggested I give Garnet Hill a try. I hesitated because of the price tag, but finally saved up points from online sites where I earn gift cards (think: Paypal), and cash them in for a set of queen sized sheets and matching pillowcases. They are quality plus! Love them, and hope to purchase another set once I save up again and will again watch for a sale! They are generous in size and can be used right out of the dryer with little wrinkling!

Awesome love love love
If you are looking for your grandmas crisp cool yummy sheets this is as close as you will get. They are awesome. Yes they wrinkle out of the dryer.......a great sign of great sheets. I love love love them. Cool crisp refreshing.

I love these pillow cases! Yes, they do require ironing. On the other hand, they are very high quality, well made, stay fresh looking on the bed even after being used and cool and crisp on the skin. There are always my first choice if I need to buy pillowcases.

Favorite sheets!
These are our favorite sheets. I have been buying them for years and we couldn't begin to think of getting any others (except of course GH signature flannel in the winter - also top quality). These sheets do indeed come out of the dryer a little wrinkled but they smooth out once folded or on the bed. It's a non-issue for us. They are heavy but cool, and are definitely high quality. Love them.

Crisp top quality
For crisp sheets I trust GH with having a top quality product. The other reviews were right on. These are noisy crisp sheets but also great sheets to have. I got the beige neutral color, and wasn’t sure if I would like it, it’s more of an off white beige with slight greytone, but it gives it a very natural look, easy on the eye.

Perfect percale for summer- cool & breathable
The excellent quality and feel of these Solid Hemstitched Supima Percale sheets and cases are just as anticipated for 100% cotton percale: light, breathable, crinkly and cool, with a little noise that says you're slipping into really great percale. Perfect for warm summer nights, and probably fine for winter if your room is toasty and you like a breathable sheet. Many people think percale is rough; I would not describe these sheets that way. Percale has a different feeling than sateen. Sateen is soft and imparts more warmth, which is desirable for winter, but feels stifling in the summer compared to these percale sheets. Good percale is cool and dreamy, like the pampered feeling of being at your grandmother's house. I don't know how the sheets will hold up after years of washing, but I'm expecting good results because of the Garnet Hill track record.

These are the sheets I have been searching for.
I wanted light, but crisp sheets, I have ordered a number of sets from various sources until I found the key words which describe the fabric I was searching for "Supima Percale." I knew that long fiber cotton was close, but that country designations like "Egyptian" did not guarantee it. Percale being a type of weave was close, and I have had some percale sheets that were close. But at long last these sheets are just what I wanted.
Details. I machine wash and line dry my sheets. They come out feeling stiff because the cotton fibers have soaked up the water. Ventile(tm) fabric is like this, it provided a semblance of water resistance to outerwear. Once the sheets dry they are easily folded and feel wonderful. Like a thin slightly crinkley fabric.
Now my only issue is that in the morning I don't want to get up and out of bed!

Good sheets
This was more than I usually pay for Sheets, but I have no regrets. They are beautiful. They feel different, I bought a set of pillowcases first, in Supima Percal, then bought a top and bottom sheet. They are crisp and have a beautiful feel.
