How do you decide between medium and soft fill?
If you prefer a pillow with more head and neck support while sleeping, choose the medium or firm. The soft pillow will not have as much loft and can collapse a bit under the head. It really is a personal preference.

The firm standard size pillow has 23 oz of fill and the firm king size has 31 oz of fill.

How does medium firm pillow hold its shape and is there any leakage of the tiny down feathers? I have notice it with some other comforters, during cleaning the house, that tiny down feathers are everywhere,that gave me allergie, what is rcommended if alle
We recommend a down alternative pillow instead of traditional down if you are allergic.

Is the medium pillow filled with only down or is there something else in it? Is the soft pillow filled with only down or is there something else in it? I have a medium down pillow I bought from another store that has a firm core - not comfortable
The fill for both the medium and the soft is Hungarian or European White DUCK Down;
650 Fill Power. There are different fill weights depending on the size and softness of pillow. You can contact Customer Service at 1.80.870.3513 to get those details.

Are these very squishy? I'm looking for something that can be very small for under my head.

Terrific Pillows
These pillows are very comfortable- I am sleeping better than I was. They smell clean and fresh. I also got the pillow protectors, which are well-made and smooth. Reading some of the comments, I originally thought I should get a firm, but it was too firm. I exchanged it for the medium and it is just right! Liked it so much I bought another for my wife, which she loves. Excellent quality!

Side/stomach sleeper? Get the 23 oz pillow.
So glad I finally found these. Been trying and returning down pillows from other companies for months. Bought during Garnet Hill sale, though still pricey, these are worth every dollar. I am a stomach, side sleeper and need a "soft" pillow, but not a pancake pillow. Paid attention to other reviewers and ordered the 23 oz pillow which is perfect. Compresses for a truly restful sleep. Plumps up beautifully when I need that. The old pillows I replaced were at least 23 oz and had flattened over the years. Like sleeping on a folded towel. Now I have high quality, great pillows again. Would definitely order again.

The perfect pillow for my neck pain
I needed to replace my favorite pillows because they were old and stained but first I had to make certain where I had gotten them. Lucky for me Garnet Hill tag was readable still. These are the very best high quality down pillows I need for my neck pain. I can cradle and comfort my neck in such a position that my neck pain is lessened. And I need to sleep in my side. The soft pillow allows for this. So I ordered new pillows hoping they would provide the same comfort and I am very pleased and highly recommend

Quality, Softness, Better Sleep
I was looking for a soft yet supportive down pillow that will work in the side lying position. So far this pillow is doing a great job. It's very soft, it holds it's shape well, and I don't wake up with a sore ear from lying too long on one side. The perfect pillow is an elusive thing and a little more fill (height) would be good for me, but I didn't want to choose a fuller style and give up the softness. Quite possibly the nicest pillow I have slept on.

This pillow has changed my life!
I wish I had purchased this pillow sooner. As a side/stomach sleeper, it's hard to find the Goldilocks pillow that works and is supportive. I've had this pillow for a couple months now and it has changed my sleep quality for the better. I would say it reduces my tossing and turning by half and I feel more rested in the morning. (I did read the reviews about the smell and was worried as someone sensitive to smells; but I just let it air out for a few days before using it, and the smell has dissipated over time.) This was a good investment in my own quality of life.

Expensive But Worth It
Very expensive but love this pillow. Just the right combination of firmness and pliability. Only gripe is that shipping updates were untimely or non existent. No receipt in box for example. Recommended by NYT Wirecutters for side sleepers. Me too.

Perfect pillow!
I bought one Garnet Hill signature White Down Pillow on sale about a month ago. I bought the soft which suits me fine because I'm a side sleeper. I still have the original one I bought over 6 years ago. I've washed it several times and it is still good. Hope this one will last the same way. Worth every penny if you love White Down.

Great pillow
I bought these just a couple of weeks ago to use as “padding” for my bad back on a x-country trip in the backseat of a friend’s truck. Supportive, firm, held their shape and now on the bed for sleeping. Buy them again in a minute!

I bought 2 of these to replace a rather new pair of feather-down Euro pillows I bought on Amazon. I realized the feather ones weren't soft at all. These Signature White Down pillows are soft and luxurious. It was a splurge to buy these, yet I'm so very glad I did.
