I am looking at Egyptian cotton & bamboo towels, dried flower color. I am wondering if the color is more pinkish than brown? It's difficult to tell online
It is more brown but has pink tones.

The color Fountain Blue has an undertone of subtle green. The towels take an average drying time.

It says these face clothes can be personalized. Where do you input the monogram information?
As shown on the web site, the face cloths cannot be monogrammed (the "Personalization" option is not offered as it is for the other items). Monogramming is available for the hand towels, bath towels, and bath sheets.

Is this rayon from the bamboo? Very confusing. What is the percentage of "bamboo" or "rayon" and Egyptian cotton?
The Rayon we use to manufacture these towels is a silky smooth fabric made of processed cellulose fibers from bamboo. The percentage is 60% Rayon from Bamboo/40% Combed Egyptian Cotton.

Not thrilled
My expectations were high after all the positive reviews. The wisper blue is more like a dingey grey. I do not like the blend of cotton and bamboo. After trying these towels I will always get all cotton in future. Disappointed in color and fabric.

Drop off in quality
I have three other sets of these towels, and have loved them both the way they feel, their function, and their durability. I purchased a set of these in gray, and they have been a disappointment from the very beginning. Threads are snagging and pulling out for no reason, and there is one long line where the thread just seems to have disappeared. Very disappointed in the quality of these towels and I would not recommend them.

Spotted and faded after first wash.
Used for a week after delivery. Washed and dried them per care instructions. Towels were faded and had white spots.

Bulky, heavy, and slimy to the touch
I've now washed these towels several times, hoping the slimy feel would dissipate; sadly, although there's been some improvement, it hasn't disappeared.
I can honestly say these are the only towels I've bought in about 50 years of buying towels that I thoroughly loathe.
I'm generally happy with products from GH. These towels were a notable exception.

Poor Quality Towel
I bought four of these hand towels in light blue and the cam (the flat portion of the towel a few inches from the edge) shrunk so much that the towels are almost unusable.

Cold and clammy feeling, these never seemed to get me dry. Kudos to Garnet Hill, though; they accepted the return without question.

These towels don't retain their color!
I bought these as a holiday gift and I am VERY disappointed as both one of the bathtowels and one of the hand towels have a visible discoloration in one spot. I don't use any bleaches or softeners and do not understand how this can happen in the very first wash. These towels are way to expensive to be ruined so quickly.

The towels were just the color I needed---a soft hint of blue. The material, however, was a HUGE disappointment. The towels weren't at all absorbent. As one other reviewer pointed out, it felt as though I was trying to dry myself with fur! Independently, my husband had the same reaction. Sending them back. :(
