Will this throw pill over time if it’s just used as a decorative throw?
Pilling is the result of a long thread getting caught on a shorter thread normally caused by friction. We think you will be all set.

Dry Clean Only is what the label says and that is how you have answered previouly. But that means chemicals. I would like to know what would happen if washed in cold water with Woolite and dried flat. Can Garnet Hill help with that?
We have not tried hand washing this throw. We do not know how the wool and cashmere fibers will dry if immersed in water.

Is this machine washable, and if so, how does it hold up in the wash (looking to get ivory color...)? And will it keep you warm in a chilly room or is it just for looks?

Is the Mahogany color a deep rich chocolate brown? or does it err on the shade of purple? I can't tell from the swatch photo on my laptop. I need a true (deep) espresso brown throw to match my living room carpet. Thank you so much!

Fabulous blanket!
I love this throw! It is soft and cozy and keeps me as warm as some of my muh heavier blankets. I got the blue plaid with brown and it looks really nice on my couch. It was a little luxury treat for myself and I love it!

Perfect sized throw!
Light weight and warm. Because it is not bulky, it is easy to fold and place when not in use. The pumpkin color is lovely, warm and saturated but not garish.
