Great quality material
I got the idea from another reviewer and use them as sofa coverlets, to protect them. My sofas are 81 inches long and the throws fit good. The throw washes well, no need for much ironing. I gave them for a couple of months now and they seem to be holding up well so far. The material is soft and comfortable to use I believe year round.

I bought this about a month ago. I wanted an all cotton light blanket and this works great. It is a good size for the queen bed. I have the terracotta color and it is very nice.

Beautifully Textured, Soft Throw
I ordered two of these blankets -- in the light blue color -- to place at the end of twin beds, with the intent that they serve as a functional layer of added warmth and a layering detail. Mission accomplished! The fabric is so beautifully soft and textured, and we couldn't be more pleased with how it all came together.

Wonderful blanket!
Bought this blanket for my guest room. I wanted something that wasn't too heavy in a solid color. This blanket easily fits the bill. Perfect weight of a blanket without bulk, so it can be washed in my home washing machine even at queen size.

Perfect Throw
I bought this throw to match the quilt I also purchased from Garnet Hill. I just wanted something lightweight at the foot of the bed for those occasions when I want to snuggle or rest. This throw is perfect! It is light weight, super soft and just the right size. Since our entire bed is done in Garnet Hill cotton products, it matches in color and quality. I plan to buy more of these throws for friends and family!

Exceptional ‘feel’
I am using this blanket also as a bedspread. It is very neat, clean look, nice drape, stays in place. Weight is perfect for summer. I like GHill quality and this blanket/spread is even better than I expected. Color is a little drab, very traditional (blue, true to photo). I am always looking for something a little different, ex. my recent purchase of GHill comforter in ‘muted clay’ which I am very pleased with.

Ideal summer blanket
I now have five of these. They are the perfect summer weight; I have them in all sizes and in CT, Michigan, and IL. They are a perfect weight and are very comfortable. I haven't laundered them yet but I have no doubt that they will survive well. I can easily recommend as that extra blanket layer that can also serve is a bed cover on its own. I have been very please with these. Attractive and practical.

Best summer blanket ever
I absolutely love this blanket. It is well made and the fabric feel and weight is perfect for summer. With a flat sheet it is all you need to stay covered up without getting too hot. I like it so much, I'm getting a second one for the guest bedroom.

The most amazing blanket
Truly one of my favorite blankets ever! We live in Hawaii and the AC is always on - this is the perfect weight for naps or layered up at night over a comforter. There is ample length and width which makes it look perfect folded across the door of the bed (not appearing too short). It really is spectacular! I wish it came in a throw!
