This cotton blanket fit the purpose intended. We needed a light weight, easily washed/dryed blanket for summer. We didn’t want a cotton blanket w/a weave that easily creates pulls, etc. This has an overall texture that is good looking and more durable.
We first ordered (6) for rental property.
Then decided to reorder again to have duplicates to speed up laundry duty readiness between renters.
I waited/purchased when on sale.

Well made cotton blanket.
This is a very finished cotton blanket, suitable to use as a coverlet in the warm weather. I like cotton blankets for my guest beds so they can be easily washed so these beds are always ready for guests.

Lovely summer layer
This blanket is very comfy and looks lovely. The queen size makes a nice coverlet for our queen bed in summer (it's lightweight). I would suggest keeping pets off, if possible, because their nails catch on the threads and create snags very easily (sadly).

Best pet blanket!
Let me preface this review to say that I have 2 small dogs and 5 cats. I have bought many of these blankets and throws over the years, both for our bed and for the pets beds. I use this on our bed as the only blanket/coverlet, and it’s perfect. The quality is amazing and they last and last and the pets love them! They do occasionally get a pull here and there if I’m late in trimming the cats nails, but that’s to be expected when you have cats. Right now I’m in love with the new sage green color and can’t wait to order a few more throws in that color!

Just What I Was Looking For The Hot Summer Days
I was looking for a bed covering that was lightweight for the hot days of summer. I have not placed it on the bed yet because it's too early in the season. It does wash & dry well. The fabric is nice and soft. The sewing on the binding around the perimeter of the bed cover is top notch.

Perfect weight
I adore this blanket. I'm a hot sleeper, so it's light enough for me, but warm enough for my chilly husband and it's a great year-round addition to my bed. The feel is smooth and doesn't snag easily. Washes and dries perfectly, too. Would love to see it in additional colors, like plum or purple!

Just as hoped for…meets description perfectly as well as my high standards for bedding…lightweight but heavy enough to stay put and hold its own either as a layer or coverlet; dusty rose shade is subtle and just enough color…purchased on sale but even full priced it is a good value ( trust me I checked around!)

Fabulous Organic Bedspread
As others noted, this organic cotton blanket is really more like a coverlet or bedspread, which is why I ordered it. I try to buy all organic cotton or environmentally friendly fiber products and I wanted a covering for the bed that would look more polished than a blanket. Duvets are always too hot for us, so I like to layer a couple of blankets for adjusting temperature during the night; this blanket is neither too thin nor too thick. I also love the texture of it. I bought the deep blue color and couldn't be happier.

Perfect for Spring and Fall
This is exactly what I’ve been searching for. I purchased a very similar almost identical product some years ago in white from a competitor and after a bedroom makeover, I needed an oatmeal (beige) color. The competitor no longer carried this blanket and I’ve searched many long hours trying to find another source and SO THANKFUL I FOUND IT AT GARNET HILL. This is the perfect weight for spring and fall. I love it ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely medium weight organic cotton blanket. Great as a layer between a bed sheet and comforter, or works as a bedspread. I think it will get better with age (washing it will soften the cotton). Got two, one in grey and one in light blue, both are lovely colors.

Excellent quality blanket
Great quality, slightly heavier weight than expected which is turning out to be a good thing. We layer this over the down blanket also from Garnet Hill and it works out wonderfully. Originally ordered the dark blue but it was lighter in color than expected (not a faded navy like we hoped) so swapped for the white. Very pleased.

Soft organic white blanket
Just what I was looking for, a lovely summer white blanket. It has enough weight to give some substance but still light. It feels soft and looks well made, have not washed yet. Many organic blankets are thin, this has a solid feel. Could possibly be a summer light coverlet in warm climates. I also could see this as a solid organic cotton blanket in any state. Well done Garnet Hill!
