Great blanket!
I bought this blanket with some skepticism, as two previous blankets I got from GH shrank considerably after washing. Not this one! It is a lightweight, beautiful blanket with a very classy finished binding. There is a substantial drop on all three sides. It's a good layer for our chilly San Francisco climate, under a heavier quilt . Only thing I would say is that the weave is fairly loose, so if you have cats, do not use it as a top layer.

Try it, you'll like it!
At first sight, blanket seemed thinner than expected. Also border around entire blanket does not lay totally flat. and waffle design is more delicate than it looks in the photos. But decided to try it figuring the border will never be seen and everyone raved about it. I love this blanket. Warm without being heavy and a really pleasing aesthetic. Just need to make sure my dog does not catch the waffle threads with paws when he decides that I need to wake up in the morning.

Lightweight Generously-sized blanket
This blanket is beautiful, warm but lightweight, and very generously sized. It's become my summer go-to blanket as I like the weight but I also like to stay cool. It's a nice, soft cotton with a great drape with plenty of room on the sides. I bought the king size for our king bed and my husband and I have plenty of blanket on both sides. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Blanket sizing
I have a standard queen bed and this blanket fits nicely with plenty of overhang on each side of the bed. However, this blanket is sized for both Queen and Double beds. Therefore, the overhang on a double bed might be more than a consumer might like.

Wonderful Weight & Weave
Wanted a lightweight cotton blanket to adequately cover a king size, deep mattress. This met my criteria perfectly. Just the right layer of warmth and comfort. The waffle weave also adds a lovely design dimension and soft, subdued texture.

Love my new blanket!

Like a cloud.
After deciding on a total update on my bedding, I looked to find a blanket that was warm enough for me, but light enough for my husband. This blanket is soft, warm, and light as a cloud. It was also dimensionally the largest cotton king size blanket on the site. (Cotton blankets tend to shrink) Very happy with my choice.

Waffle weave blanket
This blanket is soft and well made. I went with the Topaz, and it’s a nice medium blue. It’s hard to describe the type of blue it is. It leans more toward teal than periwinkle, if that helps. I would definitely order the same blanket again, in additional colors. It’s lovely!

I prefer lighter weight blankets; this blanket is "just right". They are perfect in the Summer and for layering in the Winter. They are easy to care for-- wash in warm and dry on low. They are a perfect weight, soft, ample in size, and come in great colors.
