Rated 4 out of 5 by East Bay Cali from Beautiful if not very sturdy Bought this in Dahlia Icy Blue, with matching footstool. It arrived as another reviewer described, without warning. Sat in the rain. It was well wrapped, thankfully, so safe. Assembled in minutes — and that’s the rub. Sitting in the chair or on the footstool — it causes the screwed-in legs to…unscrew. My husband has taken to it with washers and wrenches — still not something I allow everyone to sit in. Just the petite. Looks wonderful, though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by claflin5 from This rating is for the customer service I purchased this chair online on Sept 16th. The confirmation said the chair would be shipped on Oct 7th. I placed a call to customer service since so many reviews posted about never getting any delivery information. I asked for an update and customer service seemed not at all helpful. She just said we would get a notification when the chair ships. So it appears they have no communications with the company they outsource with. I can't wait to get the chair though...I see good reviews.
