Fabric is soft and seems warmer than regular flannel, and the slate blue color is as shown. I liked them so much that I ordered a 2nd set for the guest room (in white).

However, the mineral blue color is ugly--its a sky blue mixed with military green. It really doesn't match anything. It does not look like the online picture. As long as I don't look at it too closely, its ok.
