Thick and soft
Very nice cozy towels. Soft but thick and absorbent. Beautiful color. I think they should be dried on medium heat to prevent the trim part from pulling in, which happened on a different set I purchased. So far they wash up nice and fluffy.

So plush!
I recently purchased the cloud loft bath towels in white. I have only washed them once and no one has used them yet (they’re for a guest bath) but they are the most beautiful and fluffy towels I’ve ever had! Hoping they will be absorbent when used.

Super fluffy BUT SHEDDING Never Stops!
Purchased about a month ago, and while the towels are very thick after at least five washes, we are still getting tons of lint from the towels when we dry off. We have to put them in the dryer after every use, and the lint tray always fills up …is the shedding ever going to stop?

Sadly, not a fan of these...
Is there such a thing as a too thick towel? I believe there is. I don't find these towels "thirsty". In fact, they don't seem to absorb well at all, leaving my husband and I feeling moist after using them. I've washed them three times hoping to remove some coating/finishing without improvement. I will replace with the Garnet Hill Signature Egyptian cotton towels that I've loved for years.

We hated these towels
I bought two sets - bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth- for our own bathroom. We hated them. Although they are very soft, we never feel dry. Thought they might get better after washing several times, but they did not. We gave up and are not using them. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with Garnet Hill.
